I had a great experience during my dress fitting my stylist was amazing I was 20 minutes late but still assisted me with 90 min I'm very appreciated for their excellent customer service! Thank you in helping me with find my dress! I SAID YES TO MY DRESS ❤❤❤❤❤
My experience was very positive. Mackenzie was assigned to help me. I wasn’t exactly an easy client. I am a fluffy gal. And for the wedding I am attending the dress code is very strict. I took pictures of my dress and sent them for approval. Once I got the ok I went back to buy my dress. Which I did yesterday. Now here. Is why they got 4 Stars There are signs around the store $20 off bridesmaid dresses. My dress was a “mother of the bride “ dress so I was told it didn’t qualify for the discount. My consultant Holly was great. She listened to my style and I ended up with a dress that I didn’t pick originally but she found for me. On clearance too! Everyone else working there was super nice as well.
Went to my appointment at the Murietta location today and had a very nice time. The moment I entered the shop I was greeted with a friendly and warm smile. Rachel attended to me and she was awesome! She was honest and took all the time to make sure I was happy with everything. Everyone at the Murietta was great!
