I bought my wedding gown at David's Bridal and had alterations done here by Helena. She was amazing! The first fitting I had with her was extremely thorough and meticulous. She noticed that a layer of my dress was not laying flat and discovered that a layer of tulle was not cut appropriately. She ended up finding the same size dress in my style, taking out that layer of tulle, and replacing mine. Helena was also incredibly patient with me. I bought my bridal gown at David's Bridal and needed to have some alterations. I had a very positive experience with Helena, the seamstress. She clearly knew what she was doing and my first dress-fitting was quick and efficient. When I returned for the final fitting, she noticed that a button was on too tight and quickly fixed the issue. She definitely went above and beyond when she had to search through the trash to find the fabric from my gown that someone accidentally discarded! That's impressive!

The staff at DB in Attleboro were my saving grace this past week. I came in with a bridesmaid's dress crisis and they were so genuine and kind in supporting me. Long story short, a bridesmaid's dress that I had purchased in April was now 2 sizes (a literal two sizes) too big and we were unsure if they'd be able to order the correct size in the right color with only 5 business days before the wedding. We had such a nice experience with Angelina at Davids Bridal in NA. She was amazing, attentive, and most importantly, HONEST. She didn't try to sell us the most expensive dress (and trust me my daughter looked amazing in all of them). Angelina payed close attention to what my daughter liked, to what was most flattering on her body type, and the material she was most comfortable in. After having a horrible experience at the David's bridal in Warwick and finding out that they had sold one of my bridesmaid dresses(with less than 8 weeks left till my wedding) Deb, the manager at North Attleboro, was extremely helpful. She took on the problem that wasn't even hers to fix and was able to get me the dress i needed to arrive in time, after the manager from the other store had told me there was nothing she could do for me.
