I bought a sample gown off the DB website & took it into the store for a few alterations. I didn’t know what I wanted down or what would look best but as soon as I stepped out of the dressing room, Luz swooped in to guide me through all of the steps. She made wonderful suggestions that I wouldn’t never have thought of on my own. She took the time to make sure I felt good in the dress and to make sure it fit me perfectly. Patricia was extremely sweet and kind , I’m happy she helped me on my special day for picking a dress , Rosa was sweet as will. Two of the other helpers seemed like they just were rushing me a bit ( I believe the manger and some one else ) but overall it was amazing . The lady who altered my dress was amazing and sweet ! She called me honey and made me feel amazing about my dress .

Stephanie is amazing. She and her team of dedicated workers banded together to assist me in a wedding dress blitz. I live an extremely busy lifestyle which limited my shopping timeline. It was nothing for Stephanie! She hopped right in and within 30 minutes the ladies helped me walk out with the perfect dress for my special occasion. 10 out of 10! I highly recommend.
Jewel was absolutely incredible. She was very patient and knowledgeable! I wish I got married more often just so I come chat with her! Definitely look for her when coming to the store!

Patricia was SUPER sweet.. She paid attention to what I liked, but she made me go out of my comfort zone as well. In her doing so, I found a dress that I absolutely love! I told her that I could not order a dress because my wedding is fast approaching, and she made it work. I highly suggest going in and asking for Patricia if you’re searching for a dress!❤️❤️❤️
Jewel did a fantastic job helping my sister and mother with choices of dresses and accessories. She was incredibly helpful and patient even when we were unsure of what we wanted to buy. I definitely recommend Jewel for any help!
