Neglectful, Extremely Poor Customer Service My first visit, I came by to look at dresses and they said I would have to have an appointment to have a consultant help me but if I wanted to try some on that day, my friend would have to help me try the dresses on. That's understandable. So I scheduled an appointment for a weekday when the store would open in the morning so that I would have a consultant to help me and there wouldn't be a lot of distractions.
