My assistant was amazing at her job. She took her time with me and she was not pushing anything I was not interested in. She was patient and sweet. I found my dress and Vail and I LOVE IT.
The first time I visited this location I had an absolutely horrible experience. My consultant kept disappearing, wasn't listening to me about the type of dress I wanted and kind of just made the whole experience disappointing. A couple of months later I decided to give them another chance since there were some dresses I still wanted to try as I was looking for a dress without a train and David's has quite a few options. I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store! The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and really listened to what type of dress I was looking for!! I'm very happy with my experience here! I definitely would recommend this David's Bridal to family and friends!!
The staff here has stellar customer service skills, the stylist and management. Morgan's awesome! Hannah and the ladies in alterations are amazing! Keep up the good work ladies.
