Very friendly and helpful employees. I had a really nice experience. The woman who helped me was able to find a wedding dress that fit my style and it ended up being the one I went home with!
The staff was great. From the moment I walked in I was treated with kindness. They listened to me most importantly. Amanda was absolutely amazing !! Her personality was calm and cool which kept me calm and didn't make me uptight or overwhelmed . She treated me as a person not as a sale.
I first started looking for my bridesmaid dresses from the Lyndhurst location. It was such a terrible experience I was done with David's Bridal. I was horrified at how a business could be ran like that. After a couple weeks a friend suggested the North Olmsted location. I decided to give David Bridal another chance since it was a different location and different management.
