The consultant who helped me was very good and I give her 5 star rating. She had a lot of skill and patience with picking out my wedding dress. I just wish that the store had more private changing areas, and not in a row also the changing rooms are tight. The store is filled with beautiful dresses that fit each budget. I was also pleased with them and the experience considering what I had just gone through with Alfred Angelo. Hannah was the best ! She was so helpful and made me feel at ease trying on dresses ! They have a great selection and I was able to find exactly what I wanted !
I've had an easy and excellent experience each time I've been to davids bridal! The day I chose my dress, the day I picked it up, and my alteration day went so smoothly. A woman named Hannah helped me each time and she was helpful, listened so well to my likes and dislikes, and she is genuinely so sweet! So happy with this store and staff, and of course the dress of my dreams!
The stylist Jordan that helped us made the whole experience easy. We were initially just looking to see what they had available but my daughter found her perfect dress so we purchased it.
My daughter and I were so impressed with David's Bridal. We had been experiencing attitudes and poor customer service at other bridal salons in OKC (Bella Rose and Moliere). We decided to give David's Bridal a try. Jordan, our stylist was phenomenal. She made my daughter feel so special while searching for that one special dress. That is how a bride should feel!!!
