All dressing rooms at stores are closed bc of covid and so I called Davids Bridal to see if they had my bra size measurements - they didn’t because it’s all handwritten and I had already picked up my dress, but they were kind enough to look up my dress size and figure out my bra sizing so that I could go bra shopping at Target. I went dress shopping there twice. The first time was a good experience. The second time was horrible. The person I was assigned to seemed annoyed the entire time and kept asking me on what I DIDNT like about the dresses I tried on. When I told her about a dress I was looking for and that I found something similar at Bridal Traditions and asked her if she had it, she told me, "Then why are you even here?" So rude. We have been trying to reach someone at the store to find out if 2 bridesmaids dresses that were supposed to be in as of this past Monday were in yet. No one ever answers the phone at the store, and there is no way to leave a message or email anyone. Very frustrating. I understand that they are closed and things are by appointment only right now, but they should have someone answering these questions.
I said yes TO THE DRESS!!!!!

Went to David’s bridal to pick up my brides maid dress that I ordered and I received it with wrinkled top. I said something to the girl who helped me and I was told I had to pay $10 to get it steamed WHEN IT CAME OUT OF THEIR BACK ROOM! Absolutely ridiculous service. The top was extremely loose when I tried on the same size and the same dress and it fit PERFECTLY with no clips or alterations needed. I’m highly disappointed in this service I received

I would not suggest getting a dress of any sort here. I recently purchased a bridesmaid dress here, at this location. When I was called to be notified that it was ready for pick up, they basically gave me 3 days to pick it up or it was going back out on the rack for sale, I live 2 hours away, there was no way I can just drop what im doing and hop skip and jump out there after work to pick up a dress, they offered to ship it, so i said ok. Dresses are pretty but they have the WORST service on the phone, receptionist are rude, hang up on you even when they know you need to speak with them. Will not recommend them ever.

I ordered a dress in January for a wedding in July and the dress has still not arrived. When I first ordered the dress they originally sized me incorrectly, they then wanted me to pay more in alteration (which they had told me would cost 30$, then apparently changed their minds) than I paid for the dress.
