I am very disappointed. I bought 2 hair pieces from the Omaha David's Bridal a month ago with a wedding date if April 29. Still have not received my second hair piece that I was trying to get in time for my hair trial and am still waiting for it. found out yesterday that it was never ordered or they had sold it to another bride yesterday morning. so my next hair trial is Tuesday and need it by then. can someone help me get my item I purchased to me?!?!?!. very frustrated.
Not at all impressed with this store! My stylist was nice, polite and respectful. If you're a bigger gal and looking for a $99 dollar dress, I wouldn't recommend going to this store! I went in with a budget and ended up spending way over my limit. Spent $600 dollars on a dress and had to pay for a bridal bag for the gown. Insane, considering I had just bought a $600 dress, you would think the bag would be included. Nope. When we were there the customer service was terrible. We had an appointment and the lady that was supposed to be helping us kept disappearing. We basically did everything ourselves. Then they told us we needed to hurry and buy our dresses so we would get them in time. So I bought mine as soon as possible. Well my friends that waited got to pay $128 for the same dress that I paid $170 for and they dont price match so I'm just stuck paying that amount. Absolutely HORRIBLE service. My mom and I were both looking for dresses for my brother's wedding, me a bridesmaid and her a mother of the groom. The store was staffed with approx 4-6 people (that we could see) yet there was only 1-2 that were helping with everyone that came in, which meant that no one was getting much personal service. While they stood around talking, we had to pull our own dresses, try them all on with little assistance, and after all that, ended up paying full price for the off the rack dresses. Not only was my dress screwed up between two alterations appointments within TWO weeks of my wedding, I opened my dress the morning of my wedding and there was a RED LIPSTICK looking mark on my dress. Thank goodness it wasn't insanely noticeable enough to ruin my day, but seriously! COME ON!!! I feel like got overly charged on my alterations anyways and then this! Horrible experience!!! Staff was rude and met with attitude. They let us know they were needing to be in physical therapy because they had to pull wedding dresses off the rack?! We couldn’t look at dresses only what they wanted to pick for you. Then there were no chairs for friends and family to sit in while watching the bride try on a limited amount of dress choices. It is supposed be fun looking for THE dress but NOT at this store!!! Would go anywhere else!!

I was told by sales consultant on 3 different occasions that as long as I ordered by the end of August, my bridesmaids dresses would be in time for my wedding on October 6. We went today, July 7 to order and was told they could not be in until November. They did offer an apology and suggested I change colors! Thanks to Bridal Traditions for saving the day!

I understand you are saying you “have no record” of one of my bridesmaids placing their dress order with you on March 11th between 2-4pm. I have offered to provide the style number, amount paid, and color of the dress but you have declined needing that information.
