Never have I been treated so rudely and unprofessional in a customer service environment. As the mother of the bride arriving first they the staff were only concerned about a confirmation to the appointment my daughter set up. Come to find out if never confirmed and they were not willing to help and could have cared less that we would go to another bridal shop to spend our money. The customer service is horrible, everyone in there was complaining!!! I feel like they really shop for the most unfriendly and unhelpful people they can find to.hire.

Just received a phone call from you guys. Was told I need to pick up a dress. I am from Davenport, IA and picked up my dress three weeks ago in Davenport. When I called back to the store after listening to an unpleasant voicemail from the manager, I was greeted by a friendly associate, then was transferred to a manager who was extremely rude. It clearly was a mixup and I did not appreciate the attitude.

Overall it was a decent experience but I few things were a little annoying. My appt was at noon so I showed up at 11:50am and walked in the door I was quickly pushed out and said they did not open till noon and doors should have been locked. They were all just standing around so they could have just let us in at this point to look at dresses and not helped us till noon. Just came off very unprofessional. My gal was nice and young. Only helpful when you’re handing them money. Bought $600 worth of dresses from them in the past but it doesn’t matter unless you’re there to buy more. Also when someone calls beforehand to make sure about something, don’t waste my time to drive there and then tell me no when you already told me yes on my question. Totally wasted my time today.
Very rude staff. Hated my experience. I will NEVER go back, Davids lost out on not only my wedding dress and bridesmaids, but 3 other weddings as well. You can count on me making sure no one that I know or care about is EVER treated with the disrespect that we were.

Worst experience EVER! Showed up on time for bridal appt. they were packed with prom girls! Waited 15 min. Said they'd be with us in a minute Waited another 15 minutes they said they would be with us in a minute. After 40 minutes of waiting I had to get firm to get any help! We pulled all the dresses our associate did nothing but go in the room with my daughter to help her put on the dresses yet she made the commission. Had my dress altered for $500. The lady doing it was complaining about how much tule my dress had and pretty much called me fat. Way to go Davids bridal

I went to try on bridesmaid dresses....however my very best friend was trying on wedding gowns....our consultant was nice enough...but sweet baby jesus there was barely room to walk sideways in that place!!! Why have SO MANY appointments at once?? It was ridiculous!! Peoples tiny children wondering around...complete chaos!!!!
