My first time there the ladies where rude . it was so crazy in there I dnt think I would go back

This being my first time going to try on wedding dresses my experience was awful. It took at least 20 mins to figure out undergarments then it was one dress at a time. You had to share one mirror with 15 other brides. People were stepping on them. I thought I had found "the dress" but my appointment was up so they could put the dress number on file and I can come back even though my guests were from out of town. Needless to say they didn't get my business or will I ever go back. Luckily I was able to go some where after that... read more

When u go to look for dresses you want to feel like it is about you ...well I am very unhappy with our experience..we had an appt for my daughter to try on dresses had to wait 20 for someone to get to us ...the sales person Miranda was upbeat at first but then all went down hill..I will never recommend your bridal shop..we ended up leaving feeling mad and upset...but we ended up going to another bridal store and we were treated awesome and didn't even have an appt and ended up purchasing a dress.

The customer service the first time was great and today it was awful. Also they discontinued their cherry color after I had picked out dresses and no one informed me so when we went in today we wasted time looking at dresses before we realized cherry wasn't on the chart anymore so I asked a girl if they still carry cherry and she said nope with an attitude and no eye contact.

Unfortunately I had heard bad things about people's experience prior to going in. Then me and a couple of bridesmaid went to look for dresses and received terrible customer service. One lady almost yelled at us for doing what she said. I found a dress I fell in love with but now not sure what to do because I don't particularly want to give them my business.

Horrible customer service! Was treated poorly, the ceiling was caving in so I had to change rooms twice, the girl didn't listen to me AT ALL, just horrible!

My experience was aweful. The girl helping kept pulling dress styles that I did not like or did not feel comfortable in. She did not care about the styles I liked. She got mad when I said I did not like the dresses she pulled. She was rude to my family and my bridesmaids. I had booked an appointment for my bridesmaids and she didnt even help them. When we mentioned that we had a poor experience, the staff didn't say anything. This place has by far the worst customer service!

RUDE. I thought 5 years ago when I got married it was ok. Today they proved that their customer service is the same. Too bad its where we have to get our dresses. Left feeling humiliated. Emailed the corporate office about the experience. TERRIBLE.
