I had an appointment for my first fitting this past Saturday with Lee & she was amazing. She took her time to make sure everything fell the right way, she didn't rush and was very polite. I'm so happy I decided to have my visits at this store.
I started the morning out thinking that there was a chance that I wouldn't get a dress today because I didn't make a appointment ahead of time because I was unaware I had too. I was suppose to go last weekend but I was unable to because of the hurricane. I was unable to get into other places this morning because I didn't have a appointment. I called and they could fit me in at 3 today. I was able to make it to one other place and try on a couple dress and find one that I thought I liked but wasn't sure. Mary was very helpful and attentive in trying to find a wedding dress for me.
I had a great experience today. My consultant was Denise at the Milenia location and she was great! I did not purchase a dress today but i now have an idea of what looks great on me.
This location is clean, well lit, nice and cool (so you're not sticky trying to get into your dress). Jessica was at the front door doing a fantastic job! She politely, and genuinely greeted every group of women coming in (or in my case a lone woman) immediately. She explained the process for walk-ins and where appointments were supposed to go.
