I came in to pick out a dress for my daughter's wedding. The consultant that helped me kept walking away, didn't help me even zip up any dress I picked out... she offered no help. I ended up ordering a bigger size than the one in the showroom. When the dress came in it was even smaller than the one I tried on! I was very upset but then the manager stepped in and turned this traumatic experience into a positive. I had a great experience at DB. MeKenna was so helpful while doing so much at once and pulled the perfect belt to make my dress even better.
I had a great time trying on dresses. My consultant was great with pulling the dresses for me to try....although she could have been a little more attentive. Prices were on the high side. There was not much to choose from on the clearance racks. But overall.. I enjoyed it and had a positive experience.I would recommend David's Bridal to my friends!
I had a very good experience today. In less than an hour I was able to find my dream dress.
Amii and Marialba were awesome!! They helped me with every little detail and made sure I was pleased. I would recommend them to anyone who’s in the process of looking for the perfect dress because they can definitely find it for you!!
Had a great time today at David’s bridal Aminah and Marialba did a great job! Very helpful not pushy!!! I look forward to seeing them in two weeks to get my dress!!!
Aminah was the best. She was super helpful, super courteous. I found my mom of the bride dress.
