Service and attention was above and beyond. Mindy was spot on and couldn't have been more attentive, and helpful. Have never worked with a salesperson who took such a personal interested and made herself available. The alterations team was equally superb and committed to satisfying us in every way. Last week I ordered my bridesmaid dress. My overall experience was fantastic and our assistant Mollie was fabulous. Everything ran smoothly and Mollie was extremely helpful. Not only did she answer any questions I had but she was also very kind.
I bought my wedding dress at this store two weeks ago and came in this week with my bridesmaids and we got their dresses as well. Everything was so seamless and easy! It was a wonderful experience! Our assistant Mollie was absolutely AMAZING!!! She answered every question I had, no matter how small, and it was completely evident that my full satisfaction and happiness with every little detail was her goal. I would just like to say I have been stressing over my wedding dress and finding the perfect one. after having a less than stellar appt. (not really the fault of the bridal shop consultant) I was not excited about my appointment. Working with Juana quickly changed that. The fitting was painless, but I feel as though the ladies that manage alterations need more help and someone to answer phones....we had the first appt and by 10 am there were 5 people waiting for alterations and only 2 people available to do the alterations. We had Francesca and she was very nice, but the other lady was very cranky with the customers.
