I had my wedding dress alterations done at the Peoria David's Bridal. I just picked it up today and when I tried it on, it was so perfect. The length was exactly what I had asked for and the bustle was so beautiful. I want to give a special shout out to Alice for being so polite and doing a fantastic job with all of my alterations. She has amazing customer service skills and I appreciate how personable she was during both of my visits to the store.
The third dress I tried on I knew was the one! The sales associate was decent but the alterations department was phenomenal!! I had to reschedule my appointments way too many times and they always worked with me but what made the experience amazing was Alice. My dress was ordered a size too big and she spent hours working with me and taking it in! My last appointment took three hours because she made sure it was perfect! I can't rave about her enough! A true gem.
I will be a bridesmaid in two weddings this fall, so made an appointment to try on dresses. I was nervous about how my experience would go since I'm plus-size, but I had Caitlin helping me and she was great! I never felt judged or looked down on, and she really listened to what I told her and asked. They had a list of specific dresses for the one wedding and pulled those and then I told them what the other bride wanted in a particular color and were able to get those as well. I had Shelli as my consultant and I HIGHLY recommend her!! She was so patient and so kind. She knew exactly what I wanted! She took the time to get to know me! Thank you, Shelli for such an amazing experience and helping me find the dress of my dreams!
A huge THANK YOU to Deb and girls! Emergency dress shopping with less than 5 hours until Homecoming. My daughter found the dress she loved and it fit perfectly. The ladies there are so nice and helpful. I had my appointment to find a dress today and everything went great and we ordered it. $550 for my mermaid gown.
My mother and I went today on a whim! Entered the store with slight hesitation of just looking and left the store with a wedding dress waiting for me! It was such a smooth process for me and Marissa was the biggest help. She made me feel comfortable and was very bubbly with such a great personality, she also has so much insight on the dresses. Definitely love this place! Five ***** forever.
