The entire experience was lovely! Alex was pleasant, insightful, and knew exactly what I was looking for. I described what I was looking for and her first selection ended up being the dress of my dreams. Ringing the bell and having the entire store clap after I had chosen my dress was a magical experience. Any bride will be overjoyed to experience such personalized service, as I was. Highly recommend.
I found my dress today and had the most wonderful experience with Marianne! She was absolutely fantastic to work with. Marianne listened to all of my preferences, eased my anxiety, and welcomed my mom and friend with open arms. There was no judgement of some of my non-traditional choices (wearing converse instead of heels, not having a bridal party). I recommend the David's bridal in Ross township, 6258 Northway Mall Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15237. I had a not so great experience twice at the David's bridal in Robinson, so if you had a bad experience at Robinson go to Ross township and find Gigi! Gigi was so kind and helpful. When I was looking for my bridesmaid dress I was on crutches, still am at the moment, but I have a horrible foot injury and Gigi was so patient. Gigi actually found the dress I fell in love with and I cannot express how much I am so thankful for Gigi.... read more

I'm not sure of the manager's name, but she has a Spanish (?) accent. She was an absolute delight to work with. My DIL was in desperate need of a wedding gown, just days before her wedding, to replace her original that was ruined when the seamstress made alterations. The manager took one look at my DIL and said "I have just the one!" My DIL wasn't sure, and tried on others. But it was the one the manager suggested that fit her like it was made for her and was so beautiful! Thank you David's Bridal!
