We had an appointment and the associate name Taylor was suppose to help us but she was no help at all she kept leaving us, she wasn't around when we had questions and wasn't helping my friend trying to find a wedding dress. And when we asked questions she would say I don't know, I don't know she had a terrible attitude. And kept rolling her eyes it was so frustrating.

Place the employees are very snotty and rude and very unaccommodating they don't care if you're holding a baby they just plowed right into your to you to move it is ridiculous I have never in my life!!

It was nice. The help was good. But if you run over your time the niceness stops!
Have an appointment to pick up Jr. bridesmaid dress at 1:00. Rush out on my lunch hour to be here at 1 and they tell me they are still working on it. 20 minutes they hope it will be done. A phone call would have been nice. RUDE!!
You would think dress shopping & & picking bridesmaids dresses would be the least stressful thing in planning a wedding, but I have NEVER been more irritated with shopping, as I have with your company ! Every time I walk into this place I get nothing but attitude and people being rude. For people going dress shopping and a joyful time in their life, and the employees being rude to them doesn't make them want to shop there. We just went to men's warehouse right before we walked into here obviously to look for a little boys suit, they didn't have our size so we walked to davids to look at little girls dresses and see if they recommended another place for little boys formal wear, and the lady was rude and non helpful at all!... read more
Customer Service wasn't the best, we live over an hour away and my wife gave her name and made an appointment for our daughter. We had the customer service on the phone confirm a certain dress in stock and we were told yes it was there...We drive over an hour to find out we were mislead...I will never go back again.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced!
