I never imagined that as a bride I would be treated like this when going to shop for a dress. The staff at the Louisburg Rd. Location are extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I was promised an appointment a week ahead and was called on the day of to be informed that my time slot was not available. On a separate visit, The store opened at 930 and my 929 arrival meant nothing to them. I have never in my life been to a place where I was treated so rudely and unprofessionally. Went in hopes of finding a dress for my daughter and left with a whole new perspective on how NOT to treat people. Luckily we had a very positive experience with a REAL bridal shop and purchased a BEAUTIFUL gown for her upcoming wedding. Wish I could give this a negative score...doesn't even warrant one star!
