Booked an alteration appointment with them two months in advance. The day I came in, they told me they could not alter the dress and I would have to find somewhere else - no where else could alter it in time. The manager said there nothing she could do, and wished me luck. I have no idea how this place is still in business.
SNOBBY! greetings from the the front of the store. Not helpful at! My wedding day is supposed to be Relatively easy but all said was to go online! What??? the lady who found and sold us the dress was perfect however that's where the it goes horribly wrong. The seamstress was not very professional and rather rude but we were willing to overlook because she must be good at her job right? WRONG Because of the pandemic it was difficult to pick up the dress and when we did get it they handed it to us out the door. Every time I made an appointment they would say that I didn’t, they were very absent and not very catering while my sister was trying on dresses, they were not friendly or helpful l, in fact they were very rude to us. Me and my sister remained kind threw the whole experience, then on our fitting day, the seamstress was very inpatient and did not want to listen to my sister’s request. We bought our daughter’s dress in San Diego and had her fitting scheduled in Reno. She received her dress fairly quickly and went in for a fitting. Didn’t like the fit, so they ordered another size. She received new size, went in for fitting, still not right. Ordered another size, went in for fitting, still not right! They ordered one more time, way too big, so that they could just alter it to her size because now we were running out of time.
