Why is there no option to put zero stars on a review!!!!! Just love all the advertising for David's Bridal, I had so many excited and positive feelings about finally being able to plan a wedding in a timely manner. Went to David's 10 months in advance, 4 months later had my heart broken because, although they had all my correct measurements, they ordered a dress too small. They have a money back guarantee but it's only good for 30 days and it takes 3 to 4 months to get the dresses in!!!!! I am the Matron of Honor in my b... read more

When i ordered my dress they told me i would be called or emailed when it came in. 2 MONTHS later i get a call saying my dress has been there almost 30 days. When i went in to pick it up the woman said i should have received an email. Im pretty sure i would remember receiving the email that my wedding dress had arrived!! I will not be getting my alterations there.

Staff was courteous... But only because our bride decided to buy there. She was pressured into her dress. It was the first place we had looked at. Since she decided to take the dive, we buckled for our bridesmaid dresses too. The materials were crap. Loose threads hung off of everything and nothing wanted to steam out or lay without wrinkles. The cuts of the bridesmaid dresses were awkward and not easy to fit on every girl, even after alterations. The gown was constantly losing beads and sequins and the lace would fuzz and s... read more

Went there at the beginning of the year to try on wedding dresses. First thing they were nice till I told them my budget for a dress then from then on I was put in the back and only checked on twice. The poor sales girl that was helping me had me and another very demanding bride to deal with. Meanwhile there was three other people working there but none bothered to help till the last 15mins I was there. My two daughters and I spent almost an hour in the store. The oldest one was trying to find a dress for graduation. We saw multiple employees and not one of them ever greeted us, asked if we needed help, got us a dressing room or anything. We went to the register and waited and waited just to ask a question. When the employee finally showed up she had to ask for the manager, who never came to the register.
