Took our grand babies to Davids bridal was pleasant this past week..We're in town from Florida visiting family and I had an enjoyable experience with the girls in the store. Everyone was in such a good mood and always was easy to find when having a question. We ordered the girls their dress in the store and received free shipping to our house. Awesome Service!!!The Staff were very helpful, and excited. I brought in pictures of what I had for an idea of a dress, and they helped me match a dress in the store to the pictures I had. My debit card didn't work at their register and they were more than willing to hold my order untill I could go to the bank and get back to the store! I HIGHLY recomend this store!

I will never go here again. In fact I have listened to my friends when they told me not to come here.i may have gotten the dress of my dreams but it was not worth the headache and the arguments that came with it. They need a good lesson in customer service. I got in a fight withe lady because she wanted me to take off work to pick up my dress. Beware... – The service at this store is so unprofessional...Basically everything everyone is saying is sooooo true. But do not give them any money until you get something. 6 months after we cancelled an order they still have all our money. I know if we ran our company like this we would be in trouble but they don't seem to care...So beware do not give them any money until you get your order because if it is not right or you cancel you will not get a dime back!
