I had a great experience here. TBH, I wasn't sure I would bc of some of the reviews I read beforehand, also bc my best friend didn't have a great experience when she was dress shopping and got her dress somewhere else. But! Was a great place to find something in a pinch but our lady got double booked with a bride who's party got distracted by my little girl cuteness. Still a good experience for us.

We had an excellent staff member (Adriane) help us,with looking for the right dress. I would recommend Adriane to anyone that is looking for the right dress. She listens to what the bride is looking for. The dress is perfect!!

Absolutely loved my bridal consultant Torrie Steele and Manager Tanya at David's Bridal in Richmond off of Broad Street!!! They were so kind, supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging as I searched for the perfect dress!!! Torrie Steele was a wonderful consultant to me, my sister, and one of my girlfriends. She brought me many dresses to try on, and made me feel special!
