First let me start by saying- I came in about 2 weeks ago by appointment on a Monday to look for a bridal gown. Lisa L. is TRULY the star of the show at this location. There were maybe only 10 other people in the salon and Lisa's attention to detail, willingness to help and also knowledge of the salon and dresses was incredible. I walked out with my wedding dress after only trying on 7 (and the one I picked was exclusively picked by Lisa.) Very very disappointed! I was given Jean who had to be chased around to help. I finally got tired of looking for her so found someone else then we were left on our own. Jean was either in the bathroom or cleaning windows.....like really???? Then one of the stylist came in (Amanda) and they all gathered out of nowhere to watch her in her wedding dress while we went unnoticed. Everyone was govial super helpful. Our helper jakob was so helpful with advice and suggestions he had a magic that pulled each dress into the perfect spot. Every one was great
