For how much people spend on your store I would think y’all would have better service than what I dealt with. Year ago when I went in to find a dress my cousin helped me in and out of dresses more than the stylist did, she helped me one! Kept disappearing and wouldn’t see her for a good 10 minutes every time. We had to grab a majority of the dresses I wanted to try on also, you’re lucky the dress I badly wanted was a David’s Bridal only style. Saturday my fiancé & I visited this store for the first and definitely last time. Only 1 girl was trying on a dress, at least 5 women working and absolutely no customer service. 2 women seated at table upon entry due to scratch off promotion, yet I had to ask for one & explain what it was. 😳 Not one employee assisted us, acknowledged us as we entered or while leaving. I want to publicly thank David's Bridal for saving the day. The bridesmaids dresses looked fabulous. As for the house of brides in Schaumburg, I will be letting everyone I know you stranded us without bridesmaids dresses with less than 2 weeks until the wedding. I never want to hear the phrase "don't worry. They'll be here" ever again.
I was just there after being pushed to make a hair piece appointment at a bridal expo even though I had a dress. I went in excited to use a coupon and find some good veils and hair bling, only to be asked if I even had an appointment. I was shown where everything was with minimal help. Later, I got a text from David’s Bridal saying “sorry we missed you! Let’s reschedule!” Just felt like I wasn’t a valued customer.
Had some extra time this morning, so I dropped in to David's Bridal in Rockford. Talked to the sales person and told her that I was basically a terrified newbie (older bride) who didn't know what I was doing. Asked if someone had time to see me today, or if I should make an appointment to come back. She had me fill out a paper with my contact information and then proceeded to walk me over to an aisle of bridal dresses. Told me to look around and started to walk off. Horrible experience! From the moment we walked in the door the staff was very unwelcoming & rude. The girl at the front desk had attitude on the phone & in person. Made you feel like you were an inconvenience though we had an appointment. She had called a stylist to come up to start our appointment but declined because she was leaving at 6 (it's was 4:40) & was tired, hungry & her feet hurt & still hasn't had a break. Incredibly disappointing, staff was rude and disorganized. I went in to order my bridesmaid dress, the saleswoman was unable to find my bride. Unpleasant experience, I would have much rather have spent my $200 elsewhere.

Your customer service is TERRIBLE! Twice you have canceled an order with out telling me! Twice I have had to reach out to you guys about an order and both times you tell me you had to cancel due to stock issues. Again, both times you failed to tell me.
