I had some minor issues with my bridal parties dress that were not available in the color that I was told was available, but I end up picking out even better dresses. The were even able to let out my dress due to the fact that it did not come in my size. I was able to fit it and it was a hit.

I had a terrible experience with David's Bridal in Rockville. The first time I went in to look for a dress, no one there would even look at me, let alone help me find a dress. I went with my cousin and maid of honor. After being completed ignored, I was cautious to return to give it another try with my mother, in laws and aunts there. However, I obliged. got a FABULOUS dress at david's bridal for just about $1000. i received a million compliments and people could not believe i got the dress at david's. i did not use them for alterations, i had my own seamstress that i used. they did not provide a garment bag so had to buy one for $10 because my fiance was picking up the dress. that was lame AND the bag was so flimsy that the zipper broke. the salesperson who helped me actually picked the dress so kudos to her for that. but another appointment came in while i was still trying... read more

Overall I was happy with David's Bridal. I loved my dress and the fittings were exact. The one complaint is how chaotic iti s going into the store and the insane price for alterations.

I went to a few boutiques to look for my dress and did not find anything I liked as much as the dresses at David's (and you can't beat the price). Their service was pretty horrible though. My very first time going was ok because it was a holiday and there weren't many people there but every other time I had to wait forever, even with an appointment and it was stressful and they were very unhelpful. Their alterations people were very nice though.

I was very happy with my dress. Not so much with the person helping me find it though. I was a bit frustrated because she was pushing me towards another dress because the one I wanted was out of season. I fell in love with that dress the moment I saw it and that was the one I was going to get. When the rep realized that it seemed she not interested in helping me after. But again my dress was gorgeous.

We had 10 weeks to plan our wedding so our timeline was tight. David's Bridal worked with us to see that we would be able to get our selected dresses on time. One suggestion I would make is to avoid Saturday appointments (if possible) and know that if you go at a busy time with your bridal party - you only get one dressing room for everyone which was not very convenient and made the process take twice as long as it should have. Overall very pleased with Davids! You get what you get when dealing with large chains, but the staff and service at the Rockville location was great, and i simply loved my dress!!
