Wow, this bridal shop was a horror show. They did take me without an appointment, which was good, but the first thing they did was sit me down and take all my info -- and then proceeded to spam me nonstop for months, even after I specifically requested that they use my information only to contact me about my dress, not any ads. They did have dresses available for me to try on in plus sizes, which was a big plus and unfortunately very rare at most of the other bridal shops I visited. I got engaged and married 3 weeks after my engagement. So I needed to find a dress fast. I went in to David's Bridal and my overall impression was that there was a wide variety and a lot to offer. The lady who helped me was professional and did help me find a dress that I ended up getting. The only negative thing I could say about her was that she seemed to rush me along and didn't really seem to have much patience. The dress was stunning, the associates helping me pick my gown and tiera, and veil were great. It all went wrong with the incompetent people who alter the gowns. The first time they told it it would be ready, it wasn't so they said it would be ready the Tuesday before my wedding, BUT it wasn't. SOOO, I had to sit there for an hour while they did it. All for 5 bustles!!!!
I was able to get a beautiful dress at David's Bridal. The saleslady, Terry, was nice enough but was especially nice once she knew she was closing a sale. Overall, I was pleased with my purchase.
The dress was a good price, but the staff was a little difficult to get on the same page. I was very happy with the way the dress looked. I recommend, but try to give your self extra time.
I was able to find a dress that fit perfectly in one day. I was so worried because we planned a bit late, we started at the end of June and our wedding was in August so I was in a rush to find something quick. They help me out with everything, from shoes, jewelery, bra, etc...everything. They prepped me well. They also help find a dress for my flower girl, which was absolutely beautiful. I have to say I was 100% satisfied with having picked Davids Bridal.
There were issues with EVERY SINGLE bridesmaid dress ordered through this vendor - from the wrong sizes being shipped to the wrong dresses being shipped. Even though David's Bridal provides low cost bridesmaid dresses, I would not recommend them if you are looking for a hassle free experience (and what bride isn't?!).
I used this David's Bridal to find the dresses for my bridesmaids. The store was crowded and busy and I received no attention from any attendants while I was there. They literally unlocked a fitting room for me and then didn't say another word to me until I was leaving. However, David's Bridal does have a wide selection of reasonably priced wedding attire, so the poor service may be worth it to you to get a good deal.
Piece of crap place.
