My daughter bought her wedding dress here and the saving grace of this store is their head seamstress BIRDI! Their general staff is disorganized, do the bare minimum in customer service, and seem in general untrained. But we found her dress so we bought it. When it was time for alterations we were gracefully put into the hands of BIRDI. There’s not enough words to describe her supreme customer service. I had a very good experience with David Bridal Rockville,MD especially from their alterations department. They did a good job putting my dress together. Katie helped me find my dream dress, with accessories that finished out the look perfectly. The seamstress was willing to make slight adjustments to the dress to make it exactly how I envisioned it. I can’t wait for my husband to see me in it!

Liz was great. She found a good selection of dresses for my daughter’s quinceañera.
Justin was wonderful! He listened to what my daughter wanted. He has a great eye for design. He found several options for her and helped put the whole package together.
