So unbelievably disappointed. Bought a dress there believed them in their upscale on alterations, then to precede with blaming the dress. I now have cups that don’t fit and can be seen through the dress and what looks like hard nipples from how they altered it for the cups that don’t work! The manager proceeded to smile and giggle through my upset. What a waste of money I already don’t have! Do not do alterations through David’s bridal it’s a joke and expensive!

This is a nightmare - I want to wear my dress I have paid for and paid for the alterations. But it is at David’s bridal in Roseville. I had an appointment last Sunday to pick up my wedding dress - they moved it to today. I went there today for my planned appointment to find out the doors were locked and no one was around. There was no notification, no email, no phone call, no text message that they were temporary closed. I would definitely not ever recommend David’s Bridal (especially this location) to anybody. I purchased a dress and tried on one size that fit ok but the stylist felt it was necessary to order up a size without any explanation. The stylist and alterations manager both gave me their word that I would be able to exchange for a new size if needed ( no matter the amount of time in between). So now I am down quite a few sizes and they refuse to let me exchange the dress even thought they previously said they would. So here I am 5... read more
I understand a limited selection for plus sized women. But my friend and I went in to find a bridesmaids dress and the lady didn’t seem to wanna help. I get we all have bad days and it was right after you opened (we were going to the airport directly after) but it was all around a not so great experience.

This place has been nothing but a headache from day one. The tiny bit of money you save going through David's Bridal will never be worth the kind of crap we've been through. Let's start with my bridal appointments: they ordered the wrong veil for me and over charged us for it, then tried to force me to accept the wrong veil saying that "I didn't know what I was talking about" when I had photos, and I was neglected my entire appointment.
