I went to try on different dresses and my specific consultant was not helpful at all. I felt so incredibly rushed and was only allowed to try on a certain number of dresses. When I tried on one that I picked out and liked she just disappeared. So since I was so rushed I settled for it. Now I feel like I’m stuck with the dress that I am not even in love with. Ladies, this is just a heads up from a former customer of David’s Bridal. Please under no circumstances have their alterations dept. do the work. First of all they overcharge for the work and second they ruined my dress. 8 weeks before my wedding I found the perfect dress, had alterations do a few adjustments and it never looked the same. I wish I could give them a 0. The manager who gave me a fake name, "Linda" lied to me. I tried a dress on there and the stitching was messed up, but I loved the dress so I ordered it online. I received it, but it was the same dress that I tried on. They were rude to me on the phone. I called corporate and it was indeed the dress that came from their store... I do not trust them. Especially when you spend a lot of money for a dress

I made 2 appointments, 1 for myself and 1 for my bridesmaids. My "consultant" was not only late for my appointment, but her manager ended up putting me in more dresses than she did. She would tell me she was going to grab a dress or belt for me and be gone for 20+ minutes. Come to find out she had another bride and was spending all her time over there. We had made an appointment. It appeared the stylist was busy with others and di not help us at all. We were only looking for a prom dress (not bridal) but still wanted the attention we signed up for. We had to ask for help, get our own dresses, and ask for them to press. Supposedly they just sell you a wrinkled 200 dollar dress.
