So, my fiancé and I are getting married on Friday. We had an absolute meltdown last night because of a dress issue. We called the DB that we purchased the dress from to see if we could do a simple exchange. Apparently they aren't fond of that practice. Extremely poor my daughter a dress that fit when she tried it on the one that gave her was two sizes too big then they wanted just as much to fix the dress as they did to sell it to us and would not replace it with a dress that fit I wish I could give them a very negative review I will never return

I wish I could give this review negative stars. I had ordered a bridesmaids dress back in July and had it shipped to my house when it came in in August. It was stolen off of my porch the day it was delivered, and I submitted a report with UPS. I called Davids Bridal in Roseville, CA and asked to speak with a manager. After a significant time on hold I finally was able to speak to one and she said when the paperwork from UPS came then it would be taken care of.
