I was very pleased with my experience. From scheduling an appointment, arrived for scheduled appointment to be greeted by the manager, she was very helpful, pleasant, and provided me with a sales person to help me find a an outfit. Allison was very helpful, she helped pick out some dresses, and pant suits to try on. Showed me to my room to try on the dresses. We went in the Saginaw, MI store this past Saturday to look dresses for mother and grandmother of the bride. We did not have an appointment. We walked in and were happily greeted by the receptionist. Within minutes, our consultant, David WEDDING greeted us. What a JOY! David was knowledgeable, fun, friendly, helpful and an absolute dream to work with. David W. at the Saginaw David's Bridal saved the day!!!!! My daughter and her best friend are both engaged to be married in a year and will be bride or maid of honor in each others wedding. We went without an appointment and were told because no stylist was available the girls could not try on dresses. (Both parties actually had tried dresses in the DC and Chicago area without any problem not having an appointment.) The Saginaw store is by far the best!!! I had Nicole V. and I can honesty say she was the very best. She made me feel so at home and was so helpful and encouraging when I was unsure about the styles of wedding dresses to chose from, I didn’t give her much to work with but she ended up finding the dress of my dreams well within the budget I gave her. While I was in the fitting room I heard her talking with my girls that were with me. She not only made me feel at home but went 💯 to make the ladies with me comfortable as well.... read more

Megan and Jo were awesome to work with, they helped us all find our dresses for the wedding. Would highly recommend going here to get your dress, they were patient and never rushed us. 😁

Jo our stylist and Virginia our alterations person were a true delight to work with. Jo greeted me and my granddaughter as we entered the store. She stuck with us through zeroing in on 'the one'. She introduced us to Virginia who got alterations started. Both of them are very informed about the store, merchandise and communicating clearly... truly a great experience. Annette Clemons
