I had the most amazing experience purchasing my bridal gown!! My consultant Kristina P was very helpful with helping me choose the perfect dress. She offered very good suggestions and most importantly she was SO nice! She didn't rush me even when she was helping other brides. I felt very welcome at this store. Our initial experience was quite enjoyable, but we seem to have peaked. Since originally ordering the bridesmaid dresses 2 of the 4 shipped to the wrong location, and another one was booked under the wrong name and email so my bridesmaid received a lovely phone call telling her they wouldn't hold it any longer, when she never knew it was ready. I will be a bridesmaid at my good friends' wedding and the 5 bridesmaids are all different body shapes and sizes. The consultant was very knowledgable and considerate of budget and timing requirements. We had a surprisingly easy time finding bridesmaid dresses that we all easily agreed on.
