I found my dress here this past weekend. I ended up finding the dresses I wanted to try on. When I showed my consultant the dresses I wanted to try on was informed they didn't have the specific one I wanted. Was a little disappointed in that but still found a dress.
Our consultant was great and helped us find the dresses in no time at all! However, it was so busy that we had 6 girls to only one change room and when we went to pay the debit/credit card machines were down and everything was being done manually. We were not told this until we went to pay, had we been told in advance we could have filled in paperwork while we waited. I booked my appointment for 9am on a Saturday. I had a really helpful Consultant named Violet. she was very attentive and helped me find "my dress" within my 90 minute scheduled time. The scarborough location arranged for the location in London, to send my dress in my size to my home. Unfortunately my dress ended up shipped not to my home in Toronto, but to my billing address in the city I just moved from. The dress is fine and waiting for me to pick up come Easter weekend. I can't say enough about Keisha. She was absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for putting a big smile on my daughters face with the perfect dress for prom�
They have a wide variety of gowns at reasonable prices, which is helpful. I ended up getting my gown here. The first lady who helped me was great and was very helpful. When I returned to purchase my gown, the second saleslady was very so-so, but the store manager was great, so she made up for it. I've since gone back for alterations, and they've been okay.
