This location was really accommodating when it came to one of my bridesmaids dresses getting lost in the mail. They did everything they could to accommodate my needs. Exceptional customer service when it came to troubleshooting. Our experience at the store wasn't so great. It was really busy and the sale woman who was there to help us did not help at all. I think we just had bad luck because I've heard nothing but great things from other people. All in all impressed with cost of dresses and the helpful staff.
Renee in alterations has now done three dresses for me and my family for different occasions...she is super friendly, professional and amazing at her job. All of the alterations were done perfectly and on time. Just love her!!
I had a great experience! I actually went with two of my bridesmaids to help them pick out their dresses since I was planning on wearing my mother's. Jackie was our stylist and she was so helpful and so accommodating! She was SO good that she found me a dress that made me change my mind about wearing my mother's. It was a brand new Melissa Sweet dress that she recommended and I felt like a princess in it. I left the store to think about it and called the next day with my mind made. My experience with David's Bridal was a great one! It was much busier than I expected but our consultant was 100% there for whatever we needed. She gave many good suggestions and went and got other sizes as needed. My bridesmaids found dresses that worked well for them and my vision for the wedding. Our consultant was great in answering any questions. I would recommend a visit for any bride and bridal party.
