I had a great experience today and went home with a beautiful dress! I did make sure to book my appointment in advance, and arrived early. Tammy really worked hard to make sure that I felt comfortable. She was so good at listening to what I was looking for, and showed me many great options that were all in my price range. I am SO pleased by the customer service at the David’s Bridal in Schaumburg. I bought my maid of honor dress here last year for my sister’s wedding. The Vera Wang dress that I wanted came in within 2 weeks and alterations took 1 week. I knew I had to come back here for my wedding dress. I came in and Erin G helped me try a bunch on. I loved the sales person that helped us but it is extremely pricey. I wish they would have affordable dresses for social occasions. They do have beautiful gowns and dresses. The accessories are very nice too.

Went to David's Bridal with my bridal party and had a fantastic experience. Was originally just looking for bridesmaid's dresses but ended up finding my wedding dress as well. We had the pleasure of having Samantha as our bridal expert and she was amazing!! Showed us exactly what we requested and was sooo very sweet and helpful, even with our slightly crazy group!!! She truly made our experience magical!!!
