I went on Saturday looking for a mother of the groom dress. I did not have an appointment. One of the sales associates, Samantha B. approached me and asked me if I needed help. I told her yes and we picked about 6 or 7 dresses. I want to say if you go into the Schaumburg store ask for her. I asked for her opinion on the dresses that I tried on and she was very honest with me. That is exactly what I wanted and needed. She also was not a pushy sales associate. Thank you Samantha for all your help.
I worked with Sara today to find my dress and my bridal party's dresses. She was amazing! Every step of the process felt comfortable and stress free. She helped me find the perfect dress, and I couldn't be happier!

I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend visiting here for your wedding dress. Emily N. was the best to work with and made me feel extremely comfortable, despite this being my first store looking at wedding dresses. She recommended the two dress styles I ended up loving and ones I would never have picked if she hadn't recommended them. Her recommendations were based on my preferences and wish list for my dress. Even though I didn't find my dress there, I had an overall fantastic experience.
