I am very unhappy with my David's Bridal experience. I was in the Sioux Falls store on March 7th and fell in love with a wedding dress that I bought (and paid for in full) that same day. Unfortunately, my dress had to be special ordered and I was told it should arrive at the store in early April and I would be contacted with updates... here we are, May 18th and I still have not been contacted about my dress. The stylist we got was nice some of the other staff had some work to be desired on customer service. You need to add a seat/ bench in the dressing along with a mirror. It is nice to see what you look like before walking in to a crowded room trying to fight to look at a mirror.

The day i went to go pick out my dress i got there about 15 minutes before my appointment. 2 of their staff members refused to take my appointments because they wanted to go to lunch. I tried to be understanding, because i was early. But, they told one girl she had to take me because it was too busy for her to take an early lunch and the appointment got worse from there. The WORST customer service ever!! The “stylist” we had an appointment with was late “coming back from lunch” at 3 in the afternoon. Was not helpful at all. The store is so dingy and gross and looks run down. Ended up ordering bridesmaid dresses anyway and oh my gosh can we just say what a disaster!!! Was given false information and the manager, Kim, was the snottiest worst person I’ve ever dealt with in retail. Ever. my appointment was at 1030 took my stylist till 11 to even acknowledge I was there. fun tip for you guys if a girl measures at a 24 or higher don't bring her a 14 to "try on" it's impossible. took my stylist 45 mins to bring me a dress. literally broke down in the dressing room. felt judged and unwanted. Was scary enough as a bigger girl going into a bridal shop, and then to be treated this way... Worst shopping experience I have ever had. Went bridesmaid dress shopping with my future sister in law and fellow bridesmaids. Associate was extremely rude, not helpful at all, and tried rushing us out the door after only being there for 20 minutes. Spent $800 on dresses and never got a thank you. Will never shop at this store or recommend it to anyone searching.

First of all the curb side appeal is awful and it goes downhill from there. I had a wedding dress appointment and the gal that helped us was friendly, but I was very dissatisfied with only being able to try on dress sizes that were my size and larger. When I went to other bridal galleries they let me try on any dress and just clipped it so I could get a feel for it. Associates are rude and make you feel stupid... I also ordered 5 necklaces for my bridesmaids the day I bought my dress. I paid for them on the spot along with mine. I never received my necklaces as they said I’d get a call when they had all of them in stock in the store. I called about them today because my wedding is July 28th. Customer service is everything I got pointed in the direction of my size dresses then the sales girl went back to the front desk and stated visiting so I left and went to bridal gallery and got great service
