The staff was very helpful and definitely worked as a team! They definitely worked to help each other that night. There were many people in the store when we arrived on 3/28 to choose dresses for my daughters for an upcoming wedding. Despite the busy atmosphere, they were cool, calm and collected and were able to meet the customers needs. They helped me navigate delivery dates and find a solution that worked. The bridal consultant Laurie was very good. She very was very helpful kind and very polite. She is a great asset to the company. Thank you Laurie for your help and helping me pick out my mother of the bride gown.
Andrea was the best consultant I’ve had out of 3 visits. She was very helpful, and inspiring with her words during the fittings. She was patient as well. Andrea was very knowledgeable in bridal. Although I loved Andrea, I wasn’t too pleased with the “swap fee” of $54. Being a bride is a HUGE stepping stone in life for some, and I don’t believe David’s bridal should penalize someone for changing their mind on a very important dress decision. But all in all Thank YOU Andrea for everything!
