RecommendedMy daughter flew from Hawaii for a mother daughter picking out her wedding dress. It came in the wrong color and told her the reorder wouldn't be ready until June. Her wedding is in MARCH!!! She had to pick a different dress over the internet AND had to pay extra for their mistake for a new dress. I am a Wedding Venue owner and I will not recommend any of my brides go to Davids bridal. My heart is broken for my daughter. As a mom, I am thoroughly pissed!!!!
Definitely not! Beware they have a 7 day return policy after purchase date— not the day you actually receive your product. Their customer service reps are condescending and absolutely rude. Was told no exceptions, even if COVID prevented you from coming in and making the return timeframe. But I can exchange up to 60 days. Unbelievable! Terrible policy. Will never purchase a thing from them again and will not recommend to anyone else.
One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever experienced. Took my daughters in to find bridesmaids dresses for our son's wedding. We had an appointment at 3pm so we could have the additional assistance finding something that worked for them. Both girls needed to be measured which they stated they would help us with but then never did just changed the subject. Didn't once offer to find a fit that was best for either of the girls shape.
