The service at David's Bridal was not a pleasant experience.... I had already found my dress and went in for bridesmaid dresses, I asked about the promotion for 39.99 dollar dresses and the consultant told me if only I bought my dress there. She then proceeded to tell me that I could return my dream wedding dress I found somewhere else and they would find me one "similar" there. Very unprofessional and not friendly.

First, the service while checking out was terrible. Employees asked for the managers assistance with ringing me up, and she just shrugged it off. I ended up standing there for about 30 minutes while they rang other people up as I'm standing at the counter waiting to pay. I had also paid for alterations, which I had to wait a month to get done (that's probably normal) but upon receiving my dress, my breast cups were sewn in incorrectly. I had a terrible experience with this David's Bridal. I have never been treated so poorly by a David's Bridal and their customer service. I have been a bridesmaid 6 times and this was by far the worst bridal shop I have worked with. I was sized at a 10-12 when I am actually 6! A 6! I got stuck with a dress that I paid almost 200 dollars for and then alterations that were over $200!! All because one of their associates ordered me the wrong dress. I am a tomboy and then I got engaged! I didnt realize that I should of been looking for the dress from the beginning and I waited till I know have 3 months till the wedding and this woman that works their came in and took a tomboy to Cinderella! She was amazing! If you need to find a dress please go to the valley and see her!

Wedding dress shopping at David's Bridal was such a stressful and unenjoyable experience. We arrived ten minutes early for my appointment and we stood around waiting for an assistant to come get my appointment started for 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time had passed. The assistant that was helping me was nice, but was also helping another bride. Throughout the whole appointment I wasn't receiving the help that I needed. Shades of "Pretty Woman"... my daughter went there today to buy a wedding gown and none of the sales staff bothered to greet her or offer to assist her in any way, so walked out and took her business elsewhere

I have never been to a store with such awful customer service. Not only did I make an appointment over a week before when I planned to come in but when I got there the person at the welcome desk did not know what to do with me. She went and got another employee who was going to help me since the bride that I am a bridesmaid for lives in South Dakota but not even 10 minutes into me looking around she disappeared. There were more than enough employees of whom could have helped me but instead they all stood around and gossiped ... read more

Came with my sister for the second time and as I told the consultant the dress I wanted to try on as it was the one I tried on last time the consultant gave the dress to my sister and didn't acknowledge my multiple hints that I wanted to try it on. I didn't get assisted at all. Still here and to this moment still has not caught on that I want to try on the dress and that one was for me my wedding is a month after my sisters. Dress looks great on her though. Definantly my style.
