We went to buy the junior bridesmaid dresses yesterday. We had no help from anybody in the store. We ended buying the dresses because was the only option we had to get the color my daughter wanted.

They DISCRIMINATE soooooo badly, it's disgusting. They fire people and will put the whole store in your business before you actually walk out the door. I have recordings of employees talking about customers. My lawyer will be in contact with you all, seeing I made a complaint before, but NOTHING was done.

Nice dresses. Need more under $400. Associate keep showing me dresses $200-$300 out of my budget. Then took a phone call for the last half hour of appointment. I purchased somewhere else.

Jennifer our consultant was rude and not helpful at all she made the experience horrible I guess because I didn’t wanna spend over $200 it wasn’t worth her time �

I have never left a review in my life, but this was just beyond horrible. Walk in, random child screaming, and the lady yells for Lisa “my consultant” over an intercom system. She comes over after awhile and asks if i have any pictures. I show her and she’s like ok cool, let me know if you find anything here you like, and disappears. There’s three small rows of dresses. We’re standing their alone so confused. Nothing in those three rows looks even remotely decent. Has stains on them, etc. She finally comes back and is like d... read more

The service here SUCKS!! We went to pick up my sisters bridesmaid dress. We walk in we were greeted asked for her name to pick up. We went to the restroom while we waited. The toilets didn’t flush bathrooms were dirty. The girl helping runs out says “I found it” we try to follow her but she running so we had to find her. She then throws the dress in a fitting room walks away (doesn’t even take the dress out of the bag, check on us, doesn’t make sure the dress fit nothing.) we literally walk out no one said anything to us not... read more

The worse return policy and customer service. I had an appointment for my bridesmaids and I wanted to look at accessories and veils and was told I needed an appointment. Ordering online was the way to go since dealing with anyone there was like the customer doesn’t matter. They are just there to get paid and that’s it. Then the order that can in did not fit so it needed to be returned. I ordered my dress for a destination wedding. We brought a dress into the store to match the color. We found the dress and order it. The dress is completely off. When I return, I will speak with a manager about my issue.
