Wow. Just wow. I have to be honest. I really enjoyed my shopping experience.. the bridal consultant was so sweet. I'll have to find her name.. shorter Hispanic and super sweet. Anyway fell in love with dress.. my dream dress. Bought it... It arrived.. went for fitting.. I just didn't like the experience.. I left feeling really uneasy.. basically I was told since my wedding was in April (sized in Late Jan) I couldn't gain or loss a pound.. sure. Hard to save at David’s Bridal!!! Don’t go here. I thought I was buying a reasonably priced wedding dress until I brought it in for alterations and they literally want more money for alterations than the dress cost!! You may think you’re saving money on a discounted dress but just wait until you need it altered.

What an absolutely awful experience! I even gave them the opportunity to resolve the issue it took nearly 2 months or follow up and then there was a simple, "I'm sorry there's nothing we can do!" STAY AWAY... also the Versa dress seems to be defective, I spent a good portion of my wedding dinner removing the boning from the dresses. Thank you DB for demonstrating how a company should NOT handle customer complaints!

My beautiful friend is getting married in August and we went to look for our bridesmaid dress. Lisa was our consultant and I personally did not think she was much help. She wasn't very into our "party". She did get us a few dresses we needed in different sizes and did provide us with clips. After we selected our dress, we didn't get much info on how the process works in ordering it. The front desk ladies had to call her back to get our information. She wasn't very personal with us. Rude alterations lady. I just got my wedding dress and wanted to try it on and see what all would need to be done and the lady started telling me and my family “this isn’t how it’s done we can’t do anything today. Why are you here?”

Please understand this is my attempt to provide feedback in hopes that no other Brides to be are treated the way I was at your TAMPA-Kennedy Blvd Location! On Saturday December 30, 2017, I visited the store to cancel/forfeit my layaway AND purchase my bridal skirt slip! I was greeted by a nice young woman at the register who advised a manager needed to process the request! Go see Linda and Maryjean. I visited the Altamonte Spring store and was very disappointed. Not a big selection on bridesmaids dress and felt really Rushed, we had a completely different experience at this location and drove an hour and a half to go back with my girls.
