Wheen we arrived we we're treated like scum by a rep by the name of Raul. He treated us as if we were not worthy of shopping in the store or we couldnt afford ANYTHING, literally refused to help us my sister and cousin are both brides to be. They just happen to work for the government as well as their spouses, our parents are well off as well!! Thank God for Carly and Lisa for being so helpful to us and turned our frowns upside down. #bigmistakeRAUL

Had an appointment for getting a prom dress for my daughter. Salesperson was not familiar with the inventory and left us alone to look, try on, and evaluate the selections. We were under the impression that we were dealing with a "stylist", but that was not the case. We had better attention and service at Dillard's, without an appointment.

My experience started out with a great consultant who made me feel like a million bucks! She was patient as I tried on and retried on twenty or so dresses. I left so pleased with my experience. Then, when I came to get my dress altered, I was less than pleased. My seamstress hardly talked to me, she never once made me feel special, she rolled her eyes and said "well I can't believe I wasted my time" when I decided not to pay for certain alterations because the prices were astronomical. I visited the Clearwater location two days ago. Before I went, I spent time on their website and chose 30 dresses that I wanted to try on. When I arrived for my appointment, they informed me that they only had 4 out of the 30 dresses I liked. The stylist that was assigned to me was nice however, she was working with another bride while I was trying on dresses. She kept bringing me dresses that were not on my list. I had a terrible experience... brought my maid of honor into the store to be fitted and they treated us terrible. First they passed us around then the attendant they gave us to started walking to the back without saying anything to us. I had to ask if she would like us to follow her. How about the sales lady lies to you and says your dress will be in on time. I call to check on it, first it can't be found, 2nd I find out I was lied to and it wouldn't be ready till a month after my wedding. They sell me the floor model. Come to find out that's not the right color. Do they care to work with me or make me happy, no. I just get I can credit your account. This is literally the worst store ever! If you want your wedding day to go as planned do NOT use Davids Bridal. I was made to make an appointment and register with them prior to having my 3 bridesmaids, all who reside in different states, try on styles of dresses. At my "appointment" my bridesmaid and I decided to choose three dresses of the same material, in the same color but different styles. Horrible costumer service. They tell you one thing and do another. Will Never use David's bridal again.. Too many other places where I can spend my money.
Very poor customer service. Waited over 10 minutes to sign in. The women at the front told me i would have someone to come help, which no one did. The staff were very rude. As I was waited to try on dresses I was rudely told to go back to the front to sign in which I did when I walked in. I will never come back to this location. Sticking with the Clearwater one. Also, parking was a disaster!
