Lots of beautiful dresses for the brides to choose from...helpful staff!
Walked in without an appointment and waited a short time for a consultant. She was very helpful and knowledgable. Tried on several dresses to decide which style was preferred. Very professional. No pressure and genuinely wanted to find the perfect dress.
While the dress I purchased was beautiful and the sales representative who helped me find it was super helpful, they could use an entire new set of staff in the front. All were very rude and seemed bothered by living. When I called to set up my alterations appointment the person I spoke with had no clue what was going on and had an attitude. Needless to say, I got my alterations done elsewhere and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
