Victoria the manager and Alicia Patterson at the Taylor location, made what I thought impossible, possible!! The way these 2 women went above and beyond to create a solution for the wedding I am in May 27th. I've NEVER had an experience of phenomenal customer care. Not only did I get the dress replaced but I bought 2 pair of shoes, sole mates and undergarment. I will always recommend these 2 women whenever opportunity presents itself. My mom and I had such a wonderful experience at the Taylor store earlier this week. Alex was so patient and helpful and we both wound up with lovely clothes for my son's upcoming wedding in October. Everyone at the store was friendly and made our experience a pleasant one.
We are planning a wedding in three months and everything is moving fast and furious. The wedding colors have changed three times and the last change for sure spelled disaster in getting back dresses on time. We called Kim and explained that we needed to change our original Guava dress to Champagne.
