It was okay. I found my dress, but the customer service was kind of weird. I had a 9am appointment and we were there on time and there were employees there but they didn't even seem to be aware of the fact that we were there for an appointment.. but yeah someone came and helped us out.. it was very "bland" I guess.. she was just doing her job, brought me beautiful dresses, zipped me up and showed me to my ladies lol.. just very, not exciting I guess. I went here here on Tuesday in Totowa NJ to buy my prom dress and shoes. They had a large, great selection of dresses and shoes that were very affordable! Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful!
Lisa was my associate and she was amazing. Listened to everything I said and helped me bring my ideas to life. It was a great experience.
I had the best time from start to finish yesterday,the girl who helped us Angie at Davids bridal on Rt 46 AMAZING! between her and my MOH they found me my dream dress. I felt so comfortable and not at all like I was pushe'd into any thing I wasn't happy with... at the end I got to make a wish & ring the bell and then say yes to the dress it was a blast so exciting. Great service from wonderful staff. I would recommend a bride come here not to another David's Bridal. Yami was so helpful and so was the seamstress I can't wait to wear my dress in July excited!!!
I stopped in David's Bridal in Totowa NJ without an appointment and the receptionist took my info and got a stylist to help. Her name is Karina and she was great. She helped me with my gowns and also suggested other types of gowns that I would not have thought to try.
I had an appointnent and they really helped a lot!�
