My name is Karen and I plan and do things ahead of time. In Jan of this year I set my appointment to look at wedding dresses, our wedding is in October, just about ready to come up. I simply adore and appreciate Ellen (store manager @ the Oracle /Auto Mall Dr. location), each and every time I have come in it was like I was dealing with my sister! Very nice, comforting and welcoming atmosphere. I scheduled my appointment for bridal fitting and was contacted a week before and the a day before my appointment to make sure I was still coming. When we arrived, I walked in and was greeted with warm friendly smiles and also a congrats bag with tons of coupons and wedding ideas.
