Stars: 0/10 Today was my first appointment for trying on Wedding dresses the first time. This was to be a special day about a hour into the appointment (They are suppose to be 1:30) and my appointment consultant acted like she was tired of helping me. While I still was looking for my dress she then proceeded to tell me it was my last dress and we could be done with my appointment or if I wanted I could go look around. Emily was absolutely amazing! She really listened to all the things I wanted in a wedding dress and we found it! She definitely made such a personal and special experience for us!!
We were met by a sales person who ask what our budget was, after we told her she showed us only dresses at the high end. She ignored the brides biggest desire for the dress, apparently because there were no dresses in that high of price range. I found a dress that I found that was beautiful and she immediately became critical of the style saying it was outdated, I feel she was insinuating because of my age, my taste in style was outdated ! I ordered a dress and surprise, it's the wrong size!! was told that I could lose weight so I could fit into it better...wonderful customer service!! When I was the bride, my bridesmaid dresses came in the wrong colors and wrong size and too short, I will never reccomend you for dresses you have to order!!!!!!

Horrible experience at David’s Bridal!! I made an appointment for my bridesmaids three, almost four, weeks in advance! When we arrived, we were treated like a walk-in. I filled out the appointment questionnaire online which said i would have three girls there to try on dresses, but my consultant said “only one dressing room was available so all my girls would have to squeeze into one or take turns” but the welcome desk woman said “we could only have that room until ‘consultant x’ showed up” which was only an hour later. If there was an option for zero stars I would say zero. The only positive about the entire experience is the woman working in alterations who worked very diligently to help make my dress fit after I waited three weeks for my dress to come in , only to realized on alternation day that the store ordered the WRONG SIZE. There was no apology offered , no one from the store even came to speak with me about it.
