My daughter found her dress and under her budget so that was good. The consultant was very nice. And helped my daughter thoroughly. As for the lady that checked us out....we were clearly just another customer that needed to pay. She lacked a lot in customer service. I will not recommend this place at all. I was very disappointed in how she handled the final process. The dress will need to be altered and we will have someone else do it.

Just a fair warning to everyone thinking of going to David's bridal for any reason what so ever.. I went there in February & got my dress, ordered a size smaller than what I had tried on because in was too big & they didn't have the size I needed in store. Well when the dress came in, I went & picked it up & discovered when I tried it on, that it was the wrong size. We ordered a dress offline and they told us to order 2 sizes bigger which meant alterations needed to be done. When we called the tulsa location to ask about prices for alterations they told us it would be under $100. When we arrived and they sized it they said that it was $120 for the sides and $100 for the hem. Obviously more than what they told us and we didn't even want the hem done. The service was poor. I had a dress in hand, ready to try on, two associates walked right by me. The one that was "assigned" to me just disappeared, and I never saw her again. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and got the dress I was looking for.

On behalf of myself, my soon-to-be-bride, and our entire bridal party, I would just like to express how incredibly dissatisfied I am with David's Bridal. The employees at the Tulsa store failed to change our wedding date in their computer, despite being told the correct date multiple times, and because of that lack of attention to detail and common sense, our dresses were not going to be here until a week before our wedding. Dear David's Bridal. That teenage girl your clerk was so rude to today lost her older brother two weeks ago. She didn't deserve to be treated like she wasn't welcome in your store. She didn't need to have any more pain inflicted on her.
