My first time ever at David’s bridal was nothing short of eventful. From overpromising store associates about the seamstress’ ability to make alterations, to paying nearly the same amount I paid for the dress on alterations that still didn’t fit me. I lost all hope and cried after 3 visits of financial and emotional commitment, wearing a dress that was as bad as when I first left it 3 weeks before my wedding. Vianne Taylor is a MAGICIAN!!! she completely made my dress to fit me like a glove, there is absolutely no complaints with her work. I am a busty gal and the way she worked with me and my body was respectful and absolutely spot on. Highly highly recommend Vianne for alterations.
excellent customer service. We bought a wedding dress and alterations were done by David's Bridal and they did a fabulous job. We will like to thank Libby and Ilfeanyi for the help and coordination in getting the alterations done on time for our traveling schedule. a very busy place but the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Of all the David’s Bridal location I went to, I have to say the Vaughan location is the best! Literally got my wedding dress and did my alterations here. Nadia was able to find me the dress of my dreams. She pulled out a Vera Wang dress that was similar to a dress I showed her and it was way under budget! Along with that, their alteration team did a top notch job with last minute details.
